The guarantee

Every product sold by Brands World is a genuine, original fragrance. If a product you receive is proven to be inauthentic, we refund you in full — including the shipping you paid — and we cover the cost of returning it.

Where our stock comes from

• Official distributors and authorised importers of the brands we carry.
• Direct purchasing from established Gulf perfume houses for Arabic and Emirati lines.
• Never from unverified resellers, marketplaces or grey-market clearance channels.

What we check on every arrival

1. Seal and cellophane. Factory wrapping must be intact and untouched.
2. Batch code. The code printed on the bottle matches the one on the box.
3. Print quality. Typography, embossing, glass weight and cap finish of the bottle itself.
4. Batch consistency. Scent, colour and spray quality compared against a known reference bottle.

If anything fails these checks, the stock is rejected and returned to the supplier before it is ever listed on the store.

How to verify your own bottle

• Check the batch code on the box against the code on the bottle — they should match.
• Look for a clean, even spray with no dripping or sputtering.
• Check that the box printing is sharp, not blurred or photocopy-flat.
• Still unsure? Send us photos on WhatsApp — we will check against our records of that batch.

Testers, samples and decants

Occasionally we offer tester bottles or decants. When we do, they are always clearly labelled as such on the product page and priced accordingly. A tester is never sold as a retail bottle, and a retail bottle is never substituted with a tester.

If something is wrong

Contact us within 14 days of delivery through Contact Us with your order number and photos of the bottle, box and batch code. Once we verify the issue we will replace the item or refund it in full — see Returns & Exchanges.
