Yes. Every product is sourced from official distributors and verified on arrival — seals intact, batch codes matching between box and bottle. If a bottle is ever proven inauthentic, we refund it in full including shipping.

50 EGP flat anywhere in Egypt, and free on orders of 1,000 EGP or more. The fee is shown in the cart and stays the same at checkout.

Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. We do not take card details, wallet transfers or deposits in advance.

Yes — within 14 days of delivery, as long as the bottle is unopened and the seal is intact. Wrong, damaged or faulty items are replaced or refunded at our cost.

You get an order number as soon as you place it, and we confirm the order with you by WhatsApp or phone before dispatch.

Yes. Send your order number on WhatsApp and we will tell you exactly where the parcel is.

The available sizes are listed on each product page with their own price and stock. If the size you want is not listed, message us and we will tell you whether we can source it.

Sometimes, and they are always clearly labelled and priced as testers or decants on the product page. A tester is never sold as a retail bottle.

Message us on WhatsApp with the product name. We will describe how it actually performs on skin and suggest alternatives in the same family.

Currently we deliver inside Egypt only. For international requests, message us and we will tell you honestly whether it can be arranged and at what cost.
