Shipping fees

• 50 EGP flat shipping on orders under 1,000 EGP.
• Free shipping on every order of 1,000 EGP or more.
• The exact fee is always shown in your cart and again at checkout — it never changes after you order.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all governorates in Egypt. If your address is outside Egypt, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it, along with the actual cost.

How an order reaches you

1. Place your order on the website. You will get an order number immediately.
2. We confirm with you by WhatsApp or phone to verify the address, the size you picked and the total.
3. Dispatch. Your parcel is packed and handed to the courier.
4. Delivery and payment. You pay cash on delivery when the parcel reaches you.

Payment

Cash on delivery is currently the only payment method — you pay the courier when you receive your order. We never ask for card details, wallet transfers or deposits in advance. If anyone claims otherwise in our name, it is not us; please report it.

Tracking your order

Your order number is the reference for everything. Message it to us on WhatsApp and we will tell you exactly where the parcel is.

If you are not available

Couriers attempt delivery at the address you gave. Please make sure the phone number on the order is reachable — most delivery problems are simply a number that did not answer. If a parcel comes back to us after failed attempts, we will contact you to re-arrange (a second attempt may carry an additional fee from the courier).

Damaged parcels

If the outer box arrives damaged, check the bottle in front of the courier before paying. If anything is broken or missing, contact us immediately with photos — see Returns & Exchanges.
