Using this store

By browsing or ordering you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

Products and descriptions

We describe every fragrance as accurately as we can — notes, concentration and available sizes. Product photography is representative: bottle design, cap finish or packaging may vary slightly between batches from the brand. Scent perception is personal, so an opened bottle cannot be returned simply because you do not like the smell — see Returns & Exchanges.

Prices and currency

• All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and include VAT where applicable.
• Prices can change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order becomes confirmed once we contact you and confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address is not deliverable, the price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.

Payment

Payment is cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. Repeated refusal to accept a confirmed order may lead us to require prepayment for future orders, or to decline them.

Shipping

Shipping is 50 EGP flat, free on orders of 1,000 EGP or more. Delivery timing depends on the courier and the governorate. Full details are on Shipping & Delivery.

Returns and refunds

Returns are handled under Returns & Exchanges, which forms part of these terms: 14 days for unopened items, and replacement or full refund for wrong, damaged or inauthentic products.

Authenticity

Every product we sell is original. Our Authenticity Guarantee details how stock is verified and how we handle a genuine dispute.

Accounts

Keep your login secure and do not share it. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been used without your permission.

Intellectual property

Brand names, logos and product imagery belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell. The store's own text, layout and design may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false orders, fake addresses or fraudulent contact details.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or reverse engineer the store.
• Do not resell products as genuine stock of another retailer in a misleading way.

Limitation of liability

We are responsible for delivering authentic products as described and for handling returns as stated. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for allergic reactions and individual skin sensitivity to a fragrance. If you have known sensitivities, check the notes and patch-test before full use.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the store evolves. The current version always lives on this page with its date; the terms in force are the ones published when you place your order.
